About

Blake Sullivan

Lead Agent

Meet Blake – a dedicated real estate professional with a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Blake’s journey in real estate began in 2015, when he assisted his parents with the sale of their home in Robina. What started as a family favour quickly evolved into a genuine passion for helping others navigate the property market. Since then, he has built a reputation for his commitment to client service, strong negotiation skills and results-driven approach.

With over a decade of experience as a police officer, Blake brings a unique skill set to real estate – including clear communication, strategic thinking and an unwavering focus on achieving the best possible outcome for his clients. He is known for going above and beyond to ensure a seamless and successful experience at every stage of the transaction.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys spending time with his three young children and keeping active through his love of golf. A devoted Parramatta Eels supporter, he brings the same loyalty and team spirit to his professional life as he does to cheering on his team each season.

Blake is proud to put his family name to his own agency, combining his local knowledge with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.

Claire Sullivan

Operations Manager

Claire is responsible for most of the things happening behind the scenes at SEA. Having completed her registration, you may catch her taking names and fluffing cushions at open homes and inspections, too.  Calm and creative, practical and organised, Claire brings a balance to SEA that permeates through the business.

Claire has accomplished over a decade of service in policing and criminology, proving herself sharp at systems management, multitasking, and thinking outside the box. Claire’s favourite part of the SEA experience is reducing stress for sellers and witnessing the joy of buyers finding their new home. When she isn’t responding to emails or baking for staff meetings, Claire enjoys adventuring with her family and running a book club that doubles as a front for cocktails with friends.
